In May 2008 Tall Paul trekked across Iceland to raise money for the NSPCC/Childline. It was a tough challenge, trekking 9 hours the 1st day, 8 hours the 2nd day and just under 7 hours the last day.
The Summer of 2005 Tall Paul Did a Sky Dive to raise money for the Colitis & Crohn's Charity.
November 2002, Tall Paul ran the New York Marathon, this was a gruelling 26.2 mile run in the freezing cold weather of the USA.
